I can’t even begin to describe just how terrified I was of having my wisdom teeth extracted!!! All because I had heard so many horror stories of others suffering from excruciating, out of control pain, as well as seeing people with so much post-operative bruising - it looked like they had been beaten! Fear not if you are considering going to Katy Center for Oral & Facial Surgery! Dr. Brock was my surgeon, and he went out of his way to calm and assure me that all would be well. His compassion and understanding was such a blessing, and the support staff were equally amazing. In fact, every employee I had contact with - from the surgeon, the dental assistants, all the way to the receptionist and front office staff were positively wonderful! I really can’t thank everyone enough for their warmth, and compassionate care. They truly make their patients safety and comfort their top priority. If you are looking for outstanding oral and facial surgical care, I absolutely recommend Dr. Brock and the Katy Center for Oral and Facial Surgery! They really are the best!

Friendly staff, Short wait times for appointments, needs and expectations met...a bit pricey but worth the no hassle with sedating him.

I had an implant treatment with Dr. Morris which went smoothly. The only complaint I had is relatively long waiting time for pre-op and post-op consults, in both cases I had to wait almost for 1 hr just for a few minutes discussion, which interrupted my working day. On the surgery day, the front desk check in staff was also rushing me too much with the forms that she mistakenly thought I was another dr’s patient and I had to repeat several times I was taking another antibiotics that might interfere with the antibiotics after surgery. Patients are also intelligent and the way this front desk treated patients sometimes as if they’re just another batch of clueless people. After post op the check out staff also mistakenly thought I needed phase 1 follow up instead of phase 2, fortunately I remembered what Dr. Morris told me. I would suggest the check in, check out staff to be less in rush, be more focused, listen to patients carefully.and check their charts carefully.
